To Draw the Splitter option means that you use the Splitter's appearance and obtain inside your host the line, the appearance of which is absolutely equal to the Splitter and which is drawn with the foreground color of your host.

To Draw the Splitter, do one of the following:

• Click the Apply button located on the Main window of the plug-in.
  
  
• Go under the Main menu and choose the Apply (Draw Splitter) menu item.
  
  

After applying, the plug-in will be closed and then, inside your host you will see the Splitter drawn with the foreground color, which has been set in the host. The content of the active layer will be wiped out.

Depending on the active layer type, the result that you will see after applying, may be the following:

• If the active layer is the background layer or the layer with the protected transparency, then the Splitter will be drawn with the host's foreground color and the layer itself will be filled with the host's background color.
  
  
• If the active layer is neither the background layer nor the layer with the protected transparency, then the Splitter will be drawn with the host's foreground color and there will be the transparency under the drawn Splitter (no layer content).
